Topic #5: Using Our Kids as Fic Fodder
Now that we've all had our Halloween fun, time for another question.
Of those of you who write stories involving children, do you use real life anecdotes of your own children? Have you ever told a story of your child online and then used it in a fic? And has anyone recognized an anecdote in a fic and mentioned it?
Have you used any anecdotes from your own childhood for the children in your fics?
And is the reverse true? Have you ever written something in your fic and then said, "hey, that would be fun to do," and then done it or planned to do it with your own kids?
