Looking for Snape/Harry fic.

I'm looking for a Snape/Harry fic I read a couple years ago, possibly on FF.N. In the beginning of the story, Harry is entrusted to Snape's care--I don't remember why. I also don't remember if it was AU, but I know that both Harry and Snape were a little out of character.
Snape teaches Harry about crossdressing and sexuality and when Harry's old enough to be in a relationship, they get together. Harry gets pregnant with twins and has a water birth (I know this is an odd detail to remember, but it stands out to me).
If anyone remembers this story, please let me know! I'm feeling nostalgic and re-reading mpreg stories.
