A Parting Note
Hi everyone,
Since participation was low during the first round and there wasn't much positive feedback about a second round, I've decided that I personally will not be starting any new fests at this comm in the future. If you would like to claim the comm or would like to see the comm continue, PM me or leave a comment. if you would like the comm name/handle (hp_laughs) for ANY purpose, again send me a PM or leave a comment at this post and I can transfer ownership to you after removing all existing members.
This comm will be on hiatus from now on, unless someone would like to re-start the comm.
