Gryffindor Scarf

 Hello again! =D

So a friend of mine requested a Gryffindor 1st year scarf, so away I went. I went with the Cascades 100% Peruvian Wool rather than the Superwash. Measures 80 inches in length without fringe. Took me about two weeks. I did put it aside for a good 3-4 days though. I had some readings to do for class. :)

Hi! Just joined the comm. Your scarf is beautiful!! Is this one worked on circular or straight needles? I'm making one on circulars but am looking for the same pattern on straights for a friend.

This was knit on circular needles. I don't have reference to one knit flat on straight needles. Sorry :(

Hi, totally late comment, but I was wondering what kind of stitch pattern you used? Was it the stockinette stitch? The knit/purl alternating one? (Sorry, still a knitting beginner!)

I knit these stockinette in the round. :)

Thanks for the reply! I only just learned how to knit about a week ago, so I haven't tried out the circular needles yet.
