Harry Potter Quidditch Sweater Knitting Pattern

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you could help me, I'd like my grandmother to knit me a harry potter themed sweater but she isn't an expert at knitting and would like the patterns and such involved in making it. So if anyone has made this sweater or would be willing to help

Yeah i would attempt to buy the book, however my grandmother lives in France and english isn't fantastic, I'd rather have something i could have on the internet and explain to her.

How do you think that would be adjusted for a men's medium :/?

It is for a 38 inch (96.5 cm) chest in k2p2 ribbing which is really stretchy- the finished chest circumference of the sweater as the pattern is written should be about 40 inches (101.5 cm). I looked up male size charts and that seems to be on par with a Mens medium as well.
