OH. MY. GOODNESS.
*flails*

Can I tell you how much I love you right now?!

This is--everything I wanted, if not more. Severus/McGonagall gen is one of my favorites, and it is so hard finding fic about those two. But I love how you've portrayed them here, and that she was the one who remembered the Timeturner and ultimately saved his life was just touching beyond words.

I also love your inclusion of Draco and Hermione--my mind is already brewing romance between them, but then again they are my OTP so I just can't help it. =D

The way you weave past together with present is especially beautiful, too.

There are so many beautiful lines in this, and this one at the end, when severus opens his eyes again, he seems them all-Hermione and Draco squabbling over the potion, Lily looking at him through Harrys' eyes, Harry looking at him, and Minerva's grey eyes and the worried, pinched set of her mouth. Minerva who saved him-Minerva who mothered him and rescued him and- especially broke my heart.

A little bird told me this was a pinch-hit for you, and that makes this even more impressive--thank you SO MUCH for writing something so, well, beautiful and perfect for me on such short notice!

Just.

THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!
