These three are modeled after a famous painting on an Alterpiece housed in Florenzia, called 'Pala dei Linaioli'. The piece depicts angels in different poses, one playing a trumpet, one holding a drum, and one playing the violin respectively. It was painted by Fra Angelico in the 1400s. So… this is a Renaissance depiction of Voldemort, Severus, and Lucius, drawn in the style of the original artist with a dark, magical twist, ironically derived from a painting done to worship the goodness and light in the world.
