Notes: There were quite a few male characters in the request but only one female, so I decided to leave the male character open ended for your own mind to latch onto :) Hope you enjoy!
Every holiday her lip gloss changed. He hadn’t realized it at first, too excited that he still got to kiss her, but he’d always been good at figuring out puzzles. And Lily Evans was one hell of a puzzle, and one he was determined to solve.
For Easter, she’d chosen marshmallow, the taste reminiscent of fluffy white pastries and rich thick cream. Christmas was peppermint, something that left your lips tingling for hours afterward and counting down the minutes until it would be experienced again. But his favorite was probably Halloween and the way it assaulted his senses.

Even seeing the red shiny treats at parties or around Hogsmeade leading up to the holiday made his tongue dart out in preparation for the next time he could pull her against him and steal a taste from her.
When he saw her ginger hair and green eyes, the fairy costume unable to hide her identity from him - he would always recognize her, even when blind - he found himself pushing her against the wall so he could capture her lips and the taste his favorite holiday again.
