It could be anyone: any era, any house, historical characters, barely mentioned characters, Muggle, wizard, centaur or house-elf.... if they're mentioned in any of the books, or by the lovely JKR anywhere, they're fair game. The voting stays open until next Saturday, so feel free to take your time with guessing.
