That's Ginny Weasley. Molly got really fed up when her seventh child was a boy too, so she dressed him as a girl and called him Ginny.

In a final, and permanent, move to finally win Harry's love away from Draco, Ginny underwent a risky and irreversible sex-change transformation. Ginny, now Jerry (couldn't think of a better name), is heartbroken because, despite his sweet/hot looks, Harry still doesn't want him.
