A/N: Meh, I was only able to finish 3 before the time limit, and none of them are crack. This one is dedicated to all you Pansy writers who made me curious about her character. ♥
Draco had never expected Pansy to turn against the Dark Lord. It had always seemed that she was willing to go wherever he went, so he had just assumed that, as a Slytherin, a Parkinson, and his friend, she would follow him to the side of the Purebloods.
Then last week she’d told him something that rocked him. Hermione Granger, that fucking Mudblood Gryffindor Potter-loving bitch, had approached Pansy after breakfast one day and asked if she was planning on join Voldemort. Of course Pansy had told her to fuck off. But then Granger had tried to talk her out of it! Told her that Voldemort was only a half-blood, himself, cited countless occasions where the man had gone against his own supposed principles simply on a whim.
As if everyone didn’t already know that. People followed Voldemort for power, Draco knew, not ethics.
But apparently Pansy hadn’t known, and she had been shocked. Shocked enough to listen to the Mudblood. Shocked enough to let Granger kiss her.
Draco had wanted to kill her when he found out. He had slapped her, called her filth and made her leave.
Unfortunately, Lucius had heard. And he had spoken with the Dark Lord, who decided that Pansy was too much of a liability. Now Draco held her cold body in his arms, cradling her head against his chest. And he burned, burned with rage and horror and guilty agony.
