Author's Notes: And the Theo/Harry for my two lovelies continues. This could quite possibly be seen as a sequel to "Tension" depending on how you look at it.
Theo felt his body twitch at the sight of Draco and Harry together. It hurt more than he thought it would. As though the thought alone weren't enough to drive him mad and now he had become a witness to it all.
They didn't know of course. ...Blissfully unaware of his presence. Not that it surprised him. Most people wouldn't notice anyone else when they were that engaged.
Every thought, every memory flooded his mind forcefully and he twitched again. His hands carded into his hair, fisting it painfully. It was all too much. Too much. It wasn't just about Harry anymore. It was about never being able to hold onto the things he truly wanted. It was about his father taking everything he loved and ruining it.
Theo turned and left the room, the other two still unknowing of his existence in their vicinity. His thoughts only continued to build upon themselves with every passing moment. He felt his anger rising as he twitched again. Jealousy, envy, hate, loss, grief, betrayal...it was all there.
His fist cracked loudly against the wall, eyes falling shut. When he opened them again, he turned and left calmly. All this drama over a silly little tryst... He was lying to himself, but it didn't matter. Nor did it matter that he was dripping blood on the ground as put as much distance between them as possible.
He may as well have left his heart behind too. And in some way, he probably had.
