Huffing loudly and slumping against the wall, Blaise ignored the other man. It wasn’t as if Longbottom and he were friends; he only needed to be civil for Draco’s sake. Just his luck, his best friend would fall for bloody Harry Potter, requiring him to spend time around those Gryffindor friends of his.

I really enjoyed reading the hints of Blaise and Draco's friendship.

I am so glad you liked the story for your prompt. I worried over it a good bit. LOL I enjoyed writing Draco and Blaise's friendship too, I always feel like they were moreso best friends where Crabbe and Goyle were just bodyguards/thugs. I liked showing that they had had each other during school and the war to look out and care for each other

Originally the story was just gonna be the two of them getting horny in the doorway when they sheltered from the rain and doing it right then before they made it to the party.

I am so happy you enjoyed the story. I love writing Neville as strong and confident and the hotness is never a problem because all I do is look at current pics of Matthew Lewis and BAM!! Hot Neville Indeed! HAHAHAHA

I've never done Blaise. Most of the time when I see him in a fic he's like Draco's fuck buddy or something. I really liked writing the friendship between he and Draco instead. But yes, I did still try to capture that sense that he was at least trying to still present the image of the Slytherin he always was at school. Like when he thought he could just manipulate Neville into a bit of fun only to get the tables turned on him. :-D

Oh, what a wonderful story. I have soft spot for Neville and another for Blaise, so a fic with both of them was a delightful and rare experience. I can't make him cruel because his canon character is too perfect as is, but I do love making him a confident BAMF Neville for sure. I've never written Blaise or read the pairing anwhere so I'm really glad it's been received well and hit the spot for you.

Bravo, Queen of Hot Fics! :) At the beginning, the tension between Neville and Blaise was the perfect appetizer. I Really enjoyed Neville being the Dom. Their lovemaking was scorching and sooo sexy but also very tender. And I Loved the tie-in to the rain, making the story fluffy delicious. :D Your story was like a super satisfying meal. lol! Thank you so much for all the help betaing and suggesting while I got this story together, your thoughts on the scars led the story down a whole different path. I think it turned out beautifully and you helped me get there. (I Hardly think I'm a Queen...at least not Yet. LOL)

Not a pair I would normally do but yeah, Quite Hot in the end, but the tenderness and caring really was the more important component for me. Still, who can go wrong with DomNeville??! :) Tying the story back to the rain in the end just seemed natural and honestly it makes me a bit teary eyed every time I read it.

I don't think I have any seconds for them though. This story is pretty complete for me. Now some Others, you know you'll see some more of when I can get around to them. LOL
