I finally start down and read this. My favorite line is:
Justin could have sworn that the ceiling was descending slowly towards him before it suddenly stopped. The elaborate arrangements of lilies and something frothy-looking Cressida had spent ages choosing seemed to be hovering in the air.

But even more awesome is the way you incorporated Hufflepuff in the end. It seriously makes me want to read a lot more from them. Great job and thank you so very much for writing it.

I'm delighted you enjoyed it, thanks for your kind words! I'm on a mission to get the other houses some credit too, it grates on me how Gryffindor gets all the glory. They're so blatantly favoured in the books, too...

I really enjoyed reading. This is such a wonderful look into Justin and his part in the war and all the conflicted feelings he has afterwards.

I loved this story; I loved your take on Justin and his war experiences. Sometimes it's easy to forget what other characters went through, and I love to read what and how it was for them. This was amazing. I loved his characterisation, how he felt he hadn't done much, and then the grief he felt when he realised what happened, what he did. It was a beautiful story, hard for Justin, but wonderful the way you told it. Thank you.

I love exploring the minor characters too: it's such a rich world, with so many characters that barely get a mention in canon but that you could write a whole book about. Guess we're lucky to have fanfiction :)

I'm so glad you liked my version of Justin, thank you very much for your kind words!

Hufflepuff get the worst treatment of all houses in fiction, and yet I think they'd be the ones you'd appreciate the most in real life... It's great to hear that you enjoyed my story, thank you so much.
