Claiming is now open at hp_silencio for fics with no dialogue. Lots of 'any character' prompts plus--these specific ones for characters of color:

Scenario: A few years after the war, the traumatic events catch up to some of the main fighters against Voldemort. Harry (Neville or Hermione resp.) falls into deep depression where he (or she) stops speaking and barely interacts with the world. Neither therapy nor magic can offer a cure. Draco (or Blaise) - not a healer - finds out unexpectedly that silence is the only thing that helps.
