Hello all,
I have a made-by-a-men's-tuxedo-tailor Melton wool Snape frock coat. It is really high quality and meant to be as screen accurate as possible, except that it is black instead of dark blue. It is a men's medium, for someone very tall (made for 6'7 man) but it could probably be tailored to be shorter if needed. I was about to give it to Goodwill when my boyfriend stopped me.
You might know my name from my time spent selling screen accurate, silk, custom ombre dyed Hermione Yule Ball dresses on Etsy (I don't make those anymore, my day job keeps me too busy.) I'm a perfectionist and this coat is correct down to the smallest known detail. The angle and shape of the pocket flaps is accurate. It has the correct number of vents in the back. Not only is it wool, but it is Melton wool. The only thing that is not perfect to my eyes is that the arms are not tailored as tightly as I would like, but that means you can tailor them as needed for your own body.
It is pretty heavy, so shipping might be expensive. The closer to Southern California you are, the cheaper shipping will be. I'm happy to roll shipping into whatever offer you make, so just ensure you add a good chunk on for shipping.
