would the husband be sitting in a particular place with regards to his lawyer in a divorce case? i haven't decided who initiated the proceedings yet. would that matter? i want harry's attorney to tap him on the hand, and i realized when i went to indicate which one, that perhaps the closest one to the lawyer would be determined by court procedure.

also, is the one representing harry a lawyer, attorney, solicitor, barrister or what? they are in england, not scotland.
