Beta Name: Carolina or Carolina Moore
Strengths/Weakness: My main weakness is I'm a college student so I have to put some limits on time I can dedicate to Beta-ing but my turn around rate is roughly 24-48 hours. One of my strengths is that I am very good at fleshing out characters. Give me a name and an idea of what they look like and I can go nutty. I'm also a very good idea person (I just can't ever get any of mine down on paper) so if you get stuck I'm good at getting you unstuck. I listen to a lot of really random music so if a song or lyrics are needed to fit a chapter I'm your girl. One thing that my friends would call a weakness but that I think is a strength is that I point out mistakes. A lot. Minor mistakes too. I'm very good at detail.
Preferred Genres: I LOVE Marauder fic. I'm a big Marauder fan so fic about them, especially when it's done well, is my favorite. That being said, I'm fairly good with any "period" type work (Marauder, Founder, Next Gen.) because I like making things fit the time frame their in. Also, like a lot of girls, I love romances. I do well with mystery, drama, and humor too. I prefer het and rarely read slash.
Not My Cuppa: I'm not good with dark fic. Sorry, just don't like reading it so I don't think I'd be very good at Beta-ing it.
