first off, the title brought me nostalgia of that song-and now I'm listening it on repeat.

The way you fleshed out McGonagall's Mom- Isobel Was AMAZING and so vivldly and touching. I love the way you describe her story games between the two worlds she lived in.

I Loved the way you fleshed out the slow courtship of Isobel and Robert.

Isobel parent's cutting her off was heartbreaking detail to read all the more because they were literally "cutting her off" from her own world. and this line:
"She knew hundreds of charms and spells that could set a household to rights in no time, clever little things that could instantly remove the tiniest wrinkle from linen or expel any dirt from the crevice of a floorboard, but she dared not use magic here, where it would be so easily detected in this place among none of her kind." was Oh so sad.

Love the details of Minerva's name and her special bouts of wandless magic.

I also i love that way that despite the shock and fragility of the marriage- that Robert still loved Isobel.

Love it love it for the Wonderful exploration of the McGonagalls life.
