Community Rules - Update

Starting with this new session, the following rules are now in effect:

→ You may now nominate up to 40 icons per session.

→ You may now nominate up to 10 icons by the same icon maker. However, you may only nominate 2 icons per maker in each category.

For example, you might nominate 10 icons by rhye in the current session, but only 2 of those
