I would've posted the winners on Monday, but at the time we had a spectacular number of ties going each time I checked the poll results (the more icons in each category, the more likely ties are, and this was a HUGE poll, so), so I left it open a day longer. I figured people might need a bit more time to even realize I was actually modding again ( Read more... )

I don't know what does the other Icontest Communities when they Noms, but at wizard_icontest we only Nominate the icons that Won in every weeks challenges. Anyway, tell us if something's wrong :)

No problem :) I also looked at the posts of some other members and noticed some mistakes in the usernames, so I made them fix it before the voting. I guess I'll be the "Unofficial Beta" here too, like I am at wizard_icontest lol I just recently decide to watch the Comm, instead of just being a member, cause I have Dial-up and it was killing my Friends Page. I'll see if it's too much soon, but I'll still keep an eye on the posts if I remove it again.

And for your other comment, I find it confusing when people has icon journal while they comments with another username... I only knew her as roxybaby2414 and made banners for her with that name. Anyway, at least there wasn't any mistake :)

Mmm, I don't see your username in the Winners... If your icon is here with the wrong username under it, you should tell leucocrystal about it. Unless she wrote the good username, but posted the wrong wining icon... Or you have another lj ?

Looking at her info, it looks like mowd_icons is her icon journal. The only time I ever double-check (and I rarely have time to dig through old entries, which is why I ask people to give names rather than communities) is if it's not a simple username. This one looks right, though. :)

Ya, sorry about that.. I usually ask people to nominate my stuff as mowd_icons/roxybaby2414 so that theres no confusion, but I think the person who nommed that one forgot to..
