An odd way of doing things...
I've been watching a few people do some week in the life pic posts again...
And I thought about doing it again.... (I did it a couple of years ago, to much amusement....)
But dragging my camera around with everything else, I was rather ....meh about it..
Course, then I thought of the perfect thing to do for WITL pic posts...
Dun-dun-dun!!!!
A Week in the Life of Amber in Crochet....
So, I'm currently working on 2 1/2 pieces. One has been driving me crazy so it's backburnered for now...
The other two are ones that I intend to finish by week's end....
Without further ado.... Day 1...
The first piece I call Eye of The Tiger. I actually started this on Saturday, so there's some major progress already....
But here's where I started tonight...
I actually took this after I finished for the night...so this is only to show how much I did by comparison this evening..
I've got just under 1/3 left to do on it.... I like it. This one is going to Linus when finished. I was going to surprise ofenjen with it when I sent my other piece I'm gonna make....but I thought it was too cool not to share now....
And the other piece I'm working on this week is a Gryffindor piece much like the ones I made for my local friends several years back now...This is a commission that I just started tonight. :D
I started with 2 skeins....Burgundy and Gold. A hook and my pattern.
This is where I got tonight...
It's hard to see, but I got 20 rows of that done tonight too.
I'm pleased with myself, yes I am.
Also, some stuff I've finished recently....all various commissions....
