I did promise a bit of a pic spam...
It's just my bad timing that it's only getting done now...at nearly 2 am....
I've been a little demon on the crochet front lately. However, as I'm working on blankets, it's taking longer to have crochet updates...and by the time I'm done with one, I'm starting on another, or working on 2 in tandem, or ....just can't stop!!!! But I've been taking pictures to share....so....
This piece was a trade for stringofviolets who made me some really awesome custom stamps!
These three pieces are going up for auction in late June through Fandom Gives Back for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (the group raises money to help fight childhood cancer). I may be doing a few more pieces if I have time before the start of the auction.
This piece was done for Leaky's Helping Haiti Heal. Rather than offer up a custom piece this time (as I was swamped with other obligations), I offered up winner's choice of 1 of 4 previous designs I had done. This was the choice. (This was also the piece that made me realize my area had gotten rid of the color CARROT!!!)
And last but not least, this is the full shot of the one (and only) great granny ghan that I made. This one went to Linus as well! You can't see the colors well on this pic as this was taken in the morning when the sun comes through those windows, but I needed to send it off!!!
I'm currently working on another piece for Linus, and maybe a couple of patterns to post to my crochet blog. I'm also going to design a couple more patterns for Teams to see if I can get anymore done before Fandom Gives Back.
Okay, potential real life update coming tomorrow....but one last thing before I forget....
Happy Birthday to my twin, manahmanahman . Your card's going to be late....again...because I've misplaced it!!!
