I'm offering up a crocheted lap blanket, customized for the winner to help Haiti.
I don't make a lot of money...and I don't trust a number of charitable organizations if I don't have direct dealing with them...
I once heard something along the lines of "give of your time, your talent, and your treasure..."
I have no expendable treasure to speak of... I have plenty of non-monetary treasures (family, friends, home, etc)...but those can't be given, only shared...
So, I am giving of my time and my small bit of talent.
My thread is here....and lemme tell you, I started WAY low....because every little bit helps...I just hope my ego can survive... (it will, for a good cause, but it really bothers me that I can't get a proper feel for what my stuff is worth...)
