Crochet time....
Recently I was commissioned by one of my mom's coworkers to make a baby blanket for her soon to be born grandchild. The family likes HP and have decided this child will be a Gryffindor....
So, I thought I would keep it a bit simple

I finished off this with an added baby hat and some booties so the little puddin' won't get chilly (in July in the Northern Hemisphere...cue the giggles)
Now, I just have to say, this hat is a bit different because it's not a bad photo that you see the back side hanging lower....I actually made it that way so the front doesn't cover the face, but does go down....
And the booties I found the pattern for them on Ravelry in my search...but I would like to point out before anyone comes after me with a hook that these booties are a gift...I didn't charge for them. Yes the gran to be asked me about some, but I told her I had never made them before so I would have to try and test out a few patterns online, but no guarantees. Well, the pattern I found worked, so I will be GIFTING them to her to go with the other stuff....k?
