I probably won't send these first two wonky, weird ones...but I claim them as finished objects...because ...well...they ARE finished.
I followed a pattern out of my crochet a day calendar. (Not really impressed with most of the calender...has LOTS of mistakes and beta errors.)

Here they are...attempts 1 and 2 for snowflakes....
Not...awful...for a first attempt...but I think I am going to try it with something a little bigger sometime...or a more fun thread...
I *technically* still have to block them and starch the HELL out of them...but ....*meh*
