My Home Pics
So here they are, progres pictures of the new townhome. Things are starting to pickup. We went from plywood to brick & siding in about a week. They're paving the parking lot today and the interior is kicking into high gear. I'm set to close in 4 weeks. Financing has been a pain. I thought I had been able to do this on my own, but it's looking more and more like I'll probably need some help from my parents. Hopefully posting the pics isn't going to jinx the whole thing.
On the professional front, I'm transitioning into a new position as the admin assist to the GM. It's(RRREWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQWWWWWWWWWWW's that's kitten speak for hello) good, it'll allow for more variety than I'm getting now. I've become very bored with the day to day monotony of accounting. I don't regret the decision to take the position, it's allowed me to become more financially stable and buy my first home (I hope). And hopefully I'll get some monkey's off my back that have about driven me to quit. If I never have to do payroll again, it'll be too soon.
Ok off to feed the foster kitties. The past few months, I've been fostering kittens for a local rescue organization. I've always wanted a way to keep kittens, kittens and I have - foster them as little ones, adopt them out, get a new bunch. I've only had to velcro one lamp to the table because they kept knocking it off.
