Challenge #32: What Goes Up Must Come Down

Nov 14, 2003 12:51

Every Muggle wishes they could fly. (Well, except for those with a fear of heights.) Those damn wizards have another advantage over us in that they actually can.

This challenge centres around the ups and downs of flying by broomstick (and we can't rule out other means either.) One hundred words, and the deed is done.

I'm an idiot. Although I wrote down all the challenges and who suggested them, I cna't seem to find the piece of paper, so I don't know who to attribute this to. Please let me know. (On the bright side, I found some Rockets in my purse left over form Halloween.)

I have a layout, and it's almost entirely encoded, but I can't seem to figure out the coding for adding memories and editing posts. If there are any livejournal code gurus, your help would be most appreciated.

And now for the house points. I was a little worried when counting that the house that should win last challenge might not, but Slytherin did pull ahead at the last moment and finished with 280 points, no thanks to the Gryffindors and their 250. Hufflepuff had 110, and Ravenclaw comes in last with 90.
