Author's Notes: Slightly altered bit of a fanfic I'm writing.
Ron swats Harry’s hands away from the soaked bandages around his middle, beginning to re-wrap them.
“It doesn’t matter whether you wrap them up again or not.” Harry tells him, leaning gratefully into Draco’s side, letting hands attempt to smooth his hair.
“Yes, it fucking does!” Draco snarls.
“No.” Harry corrects him, sympathetic. “It’s not going to heal any time soon. I saw the spell that hit me: it re-created old wounds.”
Draco shakes his head, “We can’t heal your stomach again?”
“We can.” Ron blanches, as Harry grimaces. “We can’t heal his arm.”
“What?”
“The Basilisk venom.”
