They were always unsettlingly bright, his eyes. Too blue, too cheerful for one of his age, his burdens. Now he slumped against the wall. His body was broken beyond repair; a child--one of his own--was sent to break its soul on him. The stars in his eyes were fading, and for the first time I heard him plead with me.
I am weaker than anyone knows, but I can follow orders, and I can kill.
"Avada Kedavra!"
And up--he soared into the night sky.
No one will say that I sent a new constellation into its place. Of this, at least, I am glad.
