The Blacks knew a good plan when they saw one. The architect was not so astute. 
But he was young and the money the job would bring, could see him into old age. 
And so it began. 
The Blacks were leaving their castle and moving into London. The layout was brilliant and demonstrated why they had chosen him. In their living room, with the elves heads, they debated its merits.
It took a year before the plans had been altered to satisfaction. Another three years before it was built to taste.

Six seconds after, the architect died a rich man.
