Author's Notes: I'm only LJ-cutting out of respect because this could be triggery for some folks.
Ginny watched her brothers playing the snow. Molly's eyes burned holes in her back. She wanted to scream:
I'm bloody fine, Mum! Even though none of your sons, especially ever-so-brilliant Percy, even noticed. But it would have been a lie to say aloud.
Ginny wasn't fine. Tom Riddle had seduced her and taken her innocence away. Worse, he'd used her to hurt him -- Harry Potter -- who'd suffered so much already.
She wanted to forget Hogwarts, to never return; but she had to atone, to make amends. Even though she felt she might never be clean again...
...or worthy.
Of him.
