Alas, I don't think so. Considering how "Won-Won" grated on her nerves. [And mine, for that matter].

I just think she didn't bother.

Just like she didn't bother to take the curse off Marietta.

At 14, those "I like you but I won't admit it" games are normal. At 16, they should be over it already, IMO. Most teenagers get over themselves enough to stop doing that "I like you so I'll torment you" crap by then.

I said "most" teenagers. Not all.

And Hermione's a brain, plus the "girls mature faster than boys" thing, so I have less leeway where she's concerned.

I think I live in the Land of Prepubescent Sixteen Year Olds, so maybe I'm used to their forms of amusement by now.

I really like Hermoine's character because she's a vacation all on her own from annoyingly over-feminine characters such as Lavender.
