My first time posting something here [The Dragon's Sigh of Relief & The letdown]
Title: The Dragon's Sigh of Relief.

Challenge: Dark Mark
Characters/Pairings: Draco
The crowd of masked mayhems parted slowly as Draco entered the graveyard. Nervously he bit his lip as he continued to creep closer towards the dark lord. The whispers around him were drawn out by the constant beat inside his chest, that grew louder with each step.
Thump. Thump. Thump.
He was sure to trip, or at least do something foolish.
"Long have you waited to join this family of ours. I believe you've deserved this."
In only a wince of pain, his once pale arm was now engraved with the famous mark.
And the Malfoy heir finally felt acceptance.

Author's Notes: This took awhile to get to a hundred. I couldn't find places where just one more word would fit. So I'm not to sure on this one.
Lucius knew his son was always fascinated by the dark arts. And the horrible stories he told of the dark lord, only increased Draco's obsession. Every single attempt to further push Draco away from Voldemort, only back fired worse. Oh how naive his son was.
Draco excitedly ran into his father's study and raised his sleeve to show his father, that he had succeeded in joining the death eater's clan and was finally worthy to serve the dark lord.
Lucius tried with all of his might to fight back the tears. He had never been so ashamed of his son.
