It was too quiet.
A blue glow radiates through the inky blackness. Sounds clash together making noise. A myriad of colours blind and flash by quickly.

“...told me yesterday that he would...”
Click.
“...recent murderer has received...”
Click.
Silence.
Click. Click.
He couldn’t change the channel. Or was it that the channel wouldn’t change? The comforting mesh of colours were gone. The boisterous noise disappeared.
Something is coming! Dudley clutched his pillow and blanket tighter.
Just then, a shaft of ice pierced through him. The beads of sweat froze on his forehead.
A chilling breath. A deathly rattle.
MOMMY!
