Author's Notes: This actually started off as a fic for fanfic100 but I think it works better as a drabble.
Draco marveled at the way her skin looked in the firelight, the way the flames danced upon her hair. It was almost an extension of her, her color, her personality. Her warmth reached out to him in ways he never thought possible. She got inside him, under his skin, into his head. It drove him crazy. Everything about her was positively maddening. He wanted to pick her up and shake her until she broke apart and then hold her and caress her until she was back together again.
He closed the door behind him, disappearing into the cold, cruel night.
