Sod off? Sod off!

Well, it still was a minor setback. He was a Malfoy and no Potter was a match for that. Idiotic do-gooder Gryffindors, they probably had some strange notion of romance.

Valentine's Day rolled around and all anyone could talk about was Harry Potter's secret admirer. The flowers, the chocolates, the poems, the swelling music that followed him everywhere, it all seemed the perfect formula for romance. Draco was ready for his big reveal at dinner

"Hey, Potter! Wanna shag now?"

Harry's eyes narrowed dangerously, "Didn't I tell you to sod off, Malfoy?"

Huh... Still not it.

Title: Consulting an Expert
House: Ravenclaw
Word Count: 100
Challenge: Valentine's Day
Characters/Pairings: Mostly Draco
Author's Notes: This in an interlude set in the middle of "Malfoys Never Say Die"

Gryffindors and Romance. Romance and Gryffindors. Draco was clearly out of his league. What he needed was a coach. An expert. Someone who understood the type of over-the-top sentimentality that a Gryffindor would appreciate.

Of course!

After several hours (and dozens of autographed photos), Draco left St. Mungo's and Gilderoy Lockhart behind. Lockhart had seemed pretty useless while he was at Hogwarts, but if Draco remembered one thing it was the man knew Valentine's Day. Now that he was armed with the proper expertise, it was time for something a Malfoy knew best...

Time to spend lavish amounts of money.
