I don't ever write about these two but the idea would not leave me for several days.
Few had known her husband. He had died years earlier leaving her a young widow. Hermione had continued at Hogwarts as a teacher, giving new generations a background in how to defend themselves against the dark arts.
It was time to retire. With heavy heart and some regret, Hermione started to pack her office. She bundled into boxes the memories of her life at Hogwarts.
As she was working a young Gryffindor perfect came by to help.
"Miss Snape?" he asked as he entered.
She smiled.
Yes, I still do after all this time she thought to herself.
