Another experiment gone awry, and they were in the bathroom trying to get ketchup stains out of Zhou Mi's favorite shirt. The look of concentration on his face might have been more endearing were it not the third time that week they were trying to fix something that he had somehow, someway managed to wreck.
"I don't think it's coming out, ge."
"Don't be silly, we just got started."
But with as much ketchup as they were dealing with, KyuHyun didn't really believe any amount of time was going to get them to the result they wanted.
"Remember the microwave?"
"We got it mostly cleaned."
"We had to buy a new one."
"You gave up too early. We could have fixed it."
"I didn't want us to get shocked by the electricity coming off of it when you tried to douse it with water."
"It seemed like the reasonable thing to do at the time!"
"Electricity and water do not mix!"
"Just help me, all right? It's my favorite shirt."
Who could resist that pout? In another fifteen minutes, he would probably be able to convince Zhou Mi to give up. But until then, he'd help him wash out the stains.
"I still don't see why you felt the urge to build a rocket out of a ketchup bottle."
"It seemed like it would be fun at the time."
