I am so psyched!
Tonight I totally nailed the notoriously difficult-to-get-right Grit tofu recipe. When it was finished, my tofu seriously looked, smelled, and tasted almost identical to the Golden Bowl. It was only a tad bit off, and I know exactly what to do next time to offset that. So ha! Awesome.
Got my voter-registration/change of address all finished and sent off, just in time, for me and my dad. January 7th (Monday) is the deadline to register/change addresses for the February 5 primary in Georgia. My dad and I are both voting Ron Paul that day. My dad's awesome.
