i've just seen a face
i was going to go see across the universe tonight with chris & kelley, but we ended up having dinner at transmet, which always takes about six hours longer than expected.
so we missed the start of the movie. we are going to maybe try to see it tomorrow. we went home and watched 'kyle xy' on dvd instead, which is a really great show, somehow. in an ABC family kind of way. i also have this thing for storylines involving naive, innocent, sweet aliens bringing families together [have you ever seen me watch E.T. and cry from beginning to end?], so i am a little biased in its favor from the start.
i seriously hate cold weather. it's been kind of nice during the day, a little breezy with a slight chill. but at night, it's wretched! and it's not even really winter yet! i'm already wearing sweaters and multiple layers and it's the middle of october. that is not okay with me.
this week i had an almost television drama-esque lesson regarding judgment of others. all i can say is, i was extremely judgmental of someone and ended up feeling like a complete asshole. sometimes we need these reminders. be nice to other people.
