Last night: "broke up" with my best friend of the past five years. I guess the end has been coming on for a year now... at least I have had time to adjust to the thought of this happening. Hurt, a little confused, but I expected the stupid things that took place. Somehow still cried myself to sleep.

A friend woke me up at 2:00 A.M. and got me high. That was so good. I got so stupid and I don't even care. It's a shame everyone is so much more seasoned than I am... I always feel like more of a fool than everyone else around me, so much more out of it. Whatever, at least it's a good time. ... I really didn't feel like restricting today after last night. I'm listing the horrible food I ate anyway... I'll do better tomorrow, though.


Breakfast:
1 tsp.ish salsa
½ packet of taco sauce
½ C. Hash browns = 35ish
2 tbsp.ish Butter = 200ish
1 tbsp.ish Syrup = 105ish
3 sausage links = 540ish
2 slices French toast = 300ish
= 1180

Lunch:
Fries w/ ranch = 350ish
Small cookies & cream milkshake = 560ish
Chicken strips w/ bbq sauce = 215ish
= 1175

Random Binge Moments:
Small slice cherry cheesecake = 580ish
Slice cherry pie
lemonade

today:
monster cookie
two full fat sandwiches

The amounts on most things is a general guess (although I think most of it is pretty close…) and I don’t really know the calories for anything. Nothing here comes with nutrition labels. I used caloriesperhour to roughly calculate what I could… I was amazed to find out that ranch dressing on the side has almost as many cals. as the fries.
