Clearing your cache: Unix: Konqueror

Reminder: Clearing your cache will slow the performance of your browser and increase your bandwidth consumption. This effect is temporary. The details are available in this post.
Clearing your cache

1. Click Settings, and select "Configure Konqueror..."
2. Select "Cache" from the sidebar.
3. Click "Clear Cache".
4. Click OK.

Clearing LiveJournal cached files only

• Open a command-line window, and enter the following command exactly as shown:
  rm -f $HOME/.kde/cache-`hostname`/http/?/*.livejournal.com*
