They would use foam as opposed to water, the constent pressence of the defuseant would mean that the candles could not reignite and would eventually lose the abillity to do so.
well actually, they could use water the candles relight on contact with air, so when you blow them they relight but you cant relight a wet candle, so water would suffice also, if they used foam, then it wouldnt reduce the heat, and it would take away the oxygen, and as soon as oxygen rushes back in it would catch fire again. it helps to think these things through properly yo
