Okay so back before coded was confirmed for an US/Europe release, I read all the transcripts because I am creepy like that. And since we are getting the BBS trio soon (/CARTWHEELS WITH GLEE) I shall just say this here!
Namine knows about them because apparently she knows goddamn everything stop that. Er, but seriously. When she was fixing with Sora's memories, she came across some that didn't exactly belong to him. At first she thought that she made a mistake, but no, they belonged to Ven. She mostly left them alone (from what I can tell) but from those memories, yeah, she knows about them. Probably not EVERYTHING EVER!!! because I doubt she would snoop into them like that, but still. Watch as I say "but" a lot.
Will probably get more information on this once Re:coded hits the shores here BUT UNTIL THEN. :|b
