I really like when I can walk into the pet store and have the owner greet me by name plus an employee say "aren't you Dr. Pfohl's daughter?" I also like it when I go to the library to renew a book on my mom's card and the librarian greets me by name and asks no questions about renewing without having her card with me or having to know her SSN. Sometimes it's nice to have that comfort and security.
