Ok Let's see how this goes...
Here are some things about where I live that are awesome:
- My school is all indoors and super warm.
- Taking the bus is my new favorite thing of all time.
- My roommates are all rad, and I realize how lucky that is.
- I love the snow... except driving in it. I've already gotten stuck and slid around a corner.
- In Utah it's ok to wear gloves with the finger tips cut off, because it just makes sense.
- My house (now that Hiro and I have fixed all the crap and cleaned it) looks awesome.
Well lets just start from recently...
I've been meeting people since I got here, but I'm only now starting to retain names to faces. Last night we got the last bit of the house fixed up, so we decided to invite people over... which basically means Hiro and Bardhi invited people over... Yeah I still don't have my own "friends". So we lit the fire, made some cocoa and... well here...
In this picture you can see my roommate Josh (the guy in the corner covering his face... also wearing a decoder ring... don't ask)and Andy playing games in living room B, AKA the VIP room. Also Georgiana who is friends with somebody in the house... probably. Ps nintendo is awesome. Thank you again Randy for the wireless controller :)
This is living room A, AKA... the living room... The girl, Meg, who is really cool and had an art show last week which was pretty rad, is a cool chick and we get along really well. The guy is Davey, another one of my roommates and completely awesome.
Still living room A. The girl covering her face is Holly, she's all right. The girl next to her is Amanda and a little more all right... I have no idea who that guy is.
Living room A again... This is McKay, Johnny, Zach, and Hiro. McKay is married to some hot girl (supposedly) Johnny and Zach live down the street with Andy (they have one other roommate Eric who is also cool). Hiro is my other roommate and he's way cool and hip... plus he speaks Japanese all the time and loves the show Heroes.
I think that blonde girls name was Laura... Don't remember her much. That's Davey again and Bardhi (other roommate... from Kosovo).
How weird is that I'm the only person in my house who isn't bilingual?
Roommate not pictured... Chris.
We all sat around and talked for hours. after awhile, and most of the people left, Josh, Hiro, me, Meg, and Laura played with a ouija board. The funny thing is it wasn't scary until Josh would only speak in arabic or portuguese, and Hiro would only speak in japanese... creepy.
Tonight there was a huge party at Preston Manor (which is the name for Andy's parent's mansion). Apparently, whenever they go out of town their kids throw a huge party. Sweet. I'm too tired for details... But it was awesome.
I miss you guys still.
