CREATE YOUR BAND NAME & ALBUM COVER:
To Do This
1 - Go to Wikipedia. Hit “random”
or click
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:RandomThe first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to Quotations Page and select "random quotations"
or click
http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3The last four or five words of the very last quote on the page is the title of your first album.
3 - Go to Flickr and click on “explore the last seven days”
or click
http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7daysThird picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use Photoshop or similar to put it all together.
5 - Post it to where ever you post things, with this text in the "caption" or "comment" and tag the friends you want to join in.
Here's my first one:
The other groups/albums are:
Hanz Hürlimann - "If You Can Only Find It"
Robigo - "Housed In Them"
Thalassiophysa - "When You Can't Hear What They Say"
Hanz Hürlimann!
Robigo was the Roman goddess of blight and sometimes corn. Funny that those two items should go together. Funnier still that the image I got was of a plant. ;)
ETA: ROFL! I never even read the articles that went with my artist names - the third one, Thalassiophysa, is a type of algae! Too funny, seeing as how the original title of that photo had "Ophelia" in it. ;)
The Hanz Hürlimann one is my least favorite, but I thought I did okay with a crappy castle photo. I rather like how Thalassiophysa's name came out, but I couldn't figure anything good for title placement. If it were my band it would be an untitled album.
Anyway, gotta go swim!
These are WAY too fun! I wanna do mroe! XD Thanks,
