Happy New Year L-Jeeps :)
So I have been away from the internet for a while, mainly because Christmastime here was insane and I was asleep pretty much all of the time that I wasn't at work or with people, so hello again everyone out there.
This has been a pretty tough year, I think for a lot of people, myself and my family included, and a lot of yours as well. So I'm sincerely hoping that this next year shows improvement for everybody. For myself I am hoping that my dad comes through his treatment ok and my family can resume some kind of normal life again, that people I know stop dying, and that the people I love find ways to be happy. For all of you I wish health and happiness, and for a generally pleasant year, without too much misery.
I don't make resolutions, they seem to just be setting yourself up for disappointment, but things I intend to do this year are, continue with Italian lessons and try to actually get good at it. Start practicing the piano again, because my fingers have gotten stiff and clumsy. Finish my murder mystery short story, and learn new things.
If I were to make resolutions, It would probably be to reply to people in a more timely fashion *coughsorryLaurencough*, and be a generally better friend.
I was going through my folders the other day in preparation for rebooting my computer, and I realised that I've actually written quite a lot this year! (for me anyhow, for other people this would be considered a spit in the ocean) So I have collected everything here as a kind of, archival thing, I suppose, with everything that I have written since I started this ole journal up again.
