I Missed It.
So I get up today late. I stayed up until 1:30 in the morning. (I was reminded by my boyfriend in an email) I called my boss because I wanted to meet and discuss the people I have interviewed to work with me. He called me back and we discussed a meeting time based on the fact that I would have to meet another employment candidate at 11 AM. I went downstairs and while rummging around, thought I heard my work phone ring. I went back up to my bedroom and picked up the phone to see who called. Sure enough. One missed call. The number wasn't in my phone list, but in that instant I knew I had fucked up! I called the number back. It was my employee candidate. I had forgotten that we agreed to meet at 9 AM this morning! I went and got my papers of notes out of the truck I had been keeping. Sure as shit. I had wrote 9 AM on his resume`. I appologized profusely. What an impression on a possible new hire to miss the appointment YOU YOURSELF SCHEDULED!
